Ardavan Gurg

Founder

Ardavan Gurg is one of the top Certified Independent Consultants in Time Matters, Billing Matters, HotDocs, PCLaw, and CaseMap. He is one of very few consultants that have achieved certifications in the above mentioned products with requirement of 90% or better exam scores. To put this in perspective, Ardavan Gurg is among fewer than 40 consultants in the entire country with these qualifications. He is highly trained and continues the rigorous testing to provide the utmost quality of support and technology expertise to best suit any law firm and businesses needs.

In 2006, Pars Consulting Incorporate was founded and established with the goal of helping law offices in their practice management. From the beginning we studied and chose the best in class software to offer to our clients and trained them on the most efficient use of their software. Pars Consulting Incorporated has assembled a team of consultants with the highest form of training in their respective fields.

In September 2007, Ardavan Gurg was invited by Life Care Planning Law Firms Association to demonstrate a comprehensive Time Matters modifications at their second annual conference in Kansas City, Missouri.

In January 2008, he held a presentation on Time Matters and Practice Management at the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys annual Unprogram meeting in Dallas, Texas.

At this time Pars Consulting Incorporated conducts multiple levels of training classes and webinars from new to advanced users in all areas. We also maintain a professional affiliation with companies by helping them maximize their use of technology through practice management systems to make their day-to-day operations more efficient.

Ardavan Gurg earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Management and Marketing at the University of Portland in 1993. While attending college, Ardavan actively served on the university's long term planning board to develop information technology strategies for the faculties, students and other departments with their respective needs.

After graduation Ardavan worked in a startup company as employee number 7. Acuity Incorporated consults in 3D engineering, modeling and industrial design. Among our clients were such industry giants as Nike, Freightliner and Intel.

To further develop his skills, Ardavan spent the next nine years at Merck & Co., Inc. One of his duties were to instruct in-house Practice Management and Practice Analysis software to about 300 Pacific Northwest Region employees.
